Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Smile. It is very important that you keep your smile and the posture, and just pretend to be an omnipotent person. Because if you pretend then in thirty seconds to one minute you will become one - that's just the way our mind works miracles.

Now, take another breath this time feel the air. Have you ever noticed how good it feels to breathe in? Has it already occurred to you that by smiling when breathing you can learn to love breathing? Breathe and feel GOOD. You can stretch a bit and maybe even straighten your back and shoulders while you ENJOY you’re breathing.

Imagine NOW yourself in front of the most beautiful waterfall in the woods on a nice day. See the water sparkling and hear the steady powerful sound of water. And as you are noticing some little details about it, you might also FEEL little drops of water in the air. That's right. Breathe it in. Now. Walk towards the waterfall. I want to invite you to step into it. THAT is right - stay under the water and turn around to face the outside. Feel the temperature of the water and the power of it, the vibrations as it falls at your shoulders.

Breathe it in, allowing this POWER to be yours. And now - make this stream of water fly through you. That's right. As this powerful stream flies through you and each drop... Each drop washes away the negative. Things that you don't need. See them being washed away in the stream and vanish in the light of day as you are getting stronger. Allow the water to wash away thoughts that were holding back before. Ones you don't need. Breathe with this energy and I invite you to notice how each drop of water leaves behind a tiny little bit of pure energy. And you may begin to see your body shines from inside with this energy you have NOW.

And now FLY - that's right - fly from the waterfall right into the sky and allow the sun instantly to dry the water from your skin and see the world from above. And notice how much more energy you have now. Like have you ever had this feeling of having all the energy in the world? Of being totally happy? Well, as you are flying through the sky - take a deep breath and double this feeling. That's right. And double it again.

And as you look at the horizon, notice a little cloud out there. FLY towards the cloud. And as you are approaching it, turn it into a thunderstorm - have you ever noticed how much power these thunderstorms have? And you can claim it - as you fly right into the storm clouds and the world around you turns dark, with bright lightning’s and hear the thunder and feel the rain on your skin. BREATHE in this energy and allow a few lightning’s to go through you from the different directions, each bringing you more power of this new kind. And each lightning burns to ashes all things you don't need, all negatives. Watch these ashes disappear in the rain.

And double the feeling again.

Now fly from the thunderstorm into the liquid gold of the sunset and from the sunset into the night. A beautiful night, full of moonlight. Allow this moonlight to give you some valuable lessons of how the silence can be so powerful. And not a single sound.

And now you are flying way above the earth, towards the ocean. See the coastline and islands IN  the sea, some are big and some are just rocks in the water, under the moon. And from the sky you see whales in the sea... way below... and you don't know how, but you know that they are aware of your presence and they welcome you in their sky.

And now fly towards one of the islands in the sea. And notice a place of power on it, the most beautiful in THE  moonlight. It is waiting for you. Fly to it and enter it. Take a deep breath and notice how much power, how much ENERGY you have now. And as your power raises - notice the light, some kind of aura that your body has now. Breathe! That's right. Feel how different it feels and yet - how wonderful. And now, keeping this SMILE and this energy... slowly come back.

 

 

                         

 

  1. NOW SIT COMFORTABLY WITH YOUR FEET FLAT ON THE GROUND, DIRECT YOUR ATTENTION TO A POINT OUT IN FRONT AND SLIGHTLY ABOVE EYE LEVEL.
  2. FIX YOUR ATTENTION ON THAT POINT, AND CONTINUE TO GAZE AT IT.
  3. AFTER A FEW MOMENTS RELAX YOUR EYES.
  4. ALTHOUGH YOU ARE CONTINUING TO LOOK AT THE SAME SPOT,    NOTICE HOW YOUR VISION STARTS TO EXPAND, SO YOU CAN SEE THE WALLS IN YOUR VISION FIELD.
  5. AT THIS POINT YOUR BREATHING WILL HAVE SHIFTED SLIGHTLY.  NOTICE HOW MUCH YOU CAN SEE IN YOUR VISION FIELD.
  6. NOW CLOSE YOUR EYES. WITH YOUR EYES STILL CLOSED, FOCUS MENTALLY SALIENTLY SLOWLY. AND DELIBERATELY REPEATING THE WORD “RELAX” OR “CALM”. TO YOUR SELF
  7. MAYBE YOU CAN SEE THE WORD “RELAX” OR “CALM” VISUALLY, IN YOUR MINDS EYE.
  8. NOW START TO NOTICE A SENSE OF YOUR MIND OPENING UP SOMEWAY, LIKE A CALM CENTRE, OR A FEELING OF PEACE WASHING OVER YOU,
  9. CONTINUE BREATHING AND FEEL CALMNESS WITHIN, YOU ARE WARM AND COMFORTABLE. YOU ARE RELAXED.
  10. NOW YOU WILL BEGIN TO NOTICE, A VERY PALE HEALING LIGHT WITHIN YOU .MOVING DOWN FROM YOUR HEAD INTO YOUR NECK, SHOULDERS, CHEST INTO YOUR ARMS, UP TO YOUR FINGER TIPS, THEN DOWN INTO YOUR LOWER BODY.
  11. DON’T BE AFRAID OF THE LIGHT, IT WILL NOT HURT YOU, ITS WILL START TO GROW STRONGER LIGHTER, THE MORE RELAXED YOU ARE. AND AS IT GROWS STRONGER, IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL MORE POSITIVE. WITH YOUR SELF.
  12. I AM NOW GOING TO COUNT UP TO TEN. AND WHEN I REACH EIGHT YOU WILL BECOME MORE “RELAXED”AND “CALM”. THE HEALING ENERGY LIGHT WILL BEGIN TO WORK ON THOSE AREA’S OF YOUR BODY THAT ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY OR ARE ILL, AND WILL START TO HEAL THOSE AREA’S   1234- 5678- 9 -10.
  13. YOU ARE “CALM” AND “RELAXED” WARM AND CONTENTED “CALM” AND “RELAXED”- “CALM” “RELAXED”.GUIDE THE HEALING LIGHT TOWARDS THOSE AREA’S THAT CONCERN YOU. AND FEEL WARMTH ALL AROUND YOU.
  14. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO THIS EXERCISE OF SELF HYPNOSIS, ON YOURSELF NOW.
  15. THE HEALING LIGHT WILL START TO RECEDE NOW. STARTING FROM YOUR FEET AND MOVING UP THOUGH YOUR BODY. UNTIL THE HEALING LIGHT IS VERY FAINT. YOUR WILL FEEL CALM AND RELAXED, WARM AND SECURE.
  16. I AM NOW GOING TO AWAKEN YOU, AND WHEN YOU ARE AWAKE YOU WILL FEEL “CALM” AND “RELAXED”. I AM GOING TO COUNT TO TEN, AND WHEN I GET TO EIGHT YOU WILL OPEN YOUR EYES, AND FOCUS ON YOUR BREATHING.

ALSO ALLOWING THAT FEELING OF CALM. AND POSITIVENESS TO STILL WASH OVER YOU, FINALLY ALLOW YOUR VISION TO RETURN TO NORMAL. 1234- 5678-9 10.

 

 

Another way to relax muscles is to tense physically and hold for ten seconds before releasing; you should feel as well as imagine the tension leaving.

Some find that imagining yourself in a peaceful natural setting will relax mind sufficiently before counting down. For instance, you may imagine yourself wandering through a forest, smelling the trees and hearing the wind. Alternatively, you could imagine yourself walking along the ocean shore and feel the grit of the sand beneath your feet, the cool water washing against your ankles and sounds of the surf.

You can provide yourself with an extra measure of motivation in self-hypnosis by using the Best Me Technique pre-experience the rewards of a long-term goal, thereby reducing or eliminating the need for "will power"

For those of you who like to meditate can't sit still long enough, just use this as a form of meditation but insert a period of time between counting down from ten and counting back up to ten.
