Meditation

For those of you who have never tried meditation or hypnosis before,  it’s just is just a matter of breathing the right way and concentrating on your breathing, getting yourself into a relaxed state of mind.

I am sure you have done it before without even realising it. Ever been just sat there gazing off  into space, and then before you know it 10 or 30 minutes have passed away.

It is good for the mind to switch off periodically, Recharges our batteries. I use these ones all the time

    I love your site as it gives me new information.
    I have always thought that to be able to meditate, you would have to be alone for couple of hours. I never knew that meditating can be so simple.

    I couldn’t agree more! Meditation is simple and highly rewarding. I think there are far too many myths out there about meditation such as sitting on the floor in the lotus position chanting “ohmmmm”. Guided meditation is a great way to learn to meditate and can also help with specific problems both physical and emotional. So get meditating say I !! Lets make the world a calmer and more pleasant place for all of us !!
