DEEP BREATHING PREPARATIONS
Deep breathing increases the bloods oxygen flow level, it counteracts fear anxiety;
It helps eliminate pain also strengthens the diaphragm and the solar plexus the major parts of energy in the body.
To do this simple exercise, inhale though the nose, with the mouth closed. Begin with gut breathing bringing oxygen and energy into the home of your instinct put your hand on your lower stomach, your gut and feel how it moves in and out with each breath. On the inhale your stomach will go out as it fills with air, on the exhale it will pull in as the air leaves the body, take five deep series of inhales exhales though the gut in out take your time. After five complete breaths move your hand up to your solar plexus, [ at the bottom of your rib cage under the breast bone] this is the centre of your life force, as you inhale feel your rib cage and chest rise as your lungs fill with air and lower as the air is released. Take five deeper inhales and exhales take your time and focus on nothing but the act of breathing. You can repeat this series of five long gut breaths and five solar plexus breaths as long as you need to feel deeply relaxed and connected to your true self. As you breathe in imagine that you are pulling in the healing energy, and as you exhale imagine you are exhaling all negativity. You are filling your body and mind with positive energy.
Just allow yourself to relax ………………
Now take yourself into your minds eye to a place you know, or only dream about a place where there is utter piece and tranquillity, become aware of your surroundings using your inner eyes ears nose and touch.
When you feel ready to move on, see your sense of energy, which represents your higher self ………
It may take a form or be represented by a colour ….. You are now coming into your relaxed state now continue breathing more slowly relaxing from your head to the tips of your toes …………
Imagine your self in a sphere of white or golden light, this will seal and protect your energy field …….
Imagine yourself smaller and smaller ………then imagine then imagine that you find yourself in front of a door, that will take you though the facets of your crystal or stone…………
Go through the door now and find yourself inside your crystal, in a crystalline corridor ………….
Along this corridor you might find several doors ……….. They are marked in someway find yourself now in front of a door marked library or records………….
Go though the door and find yourself in an incredible room ………. There are many shelves lining the walls …………. These shelves carry rows and rows of crystals and stones instead of books ………….
Have a good long look at them all; is there something you would like to know? This might be practical …………..or something you want to know yourself …………… or perhaps a situation that is concerning you at the moment ……………
Focus on whatever it is you want …………. Now take a look at the crystals and stones breathing gently …… as you look at the shelf’s you maybe drawn to a particular crystal or stone ………….
Allow yourself to walk over to it now ….just as if you are walking in a dream ……pick up the crystal …
Notice its colour … its texture ………….. Its shape……….
Focus yourself on whatever you want to know as you take the crystal or stone in your hands ….. Hold it in your hands ….perhaps looking deeply into it ………….. Getting a sense of it ………….. allowing any messages it may have to just float up to you ………… it might be images it might be words or feelings……………. Or just the fact that you know ………….. give yourself as much time as you need there is never any rush…………… when you are ready prepare to leave this crystal and stone library…………. Return the crystal or stone to its place on the shelf and thank it for any insight you have received …………….. You may not even be aware of any at this moment ……….
Find yourself back in the corridor and close the library door behind you…………..
Now become to come aware of the crystal or stone you held in your hand ………….
Take a deep breath and begin to come aware of everyday things around you…………
When you are ready gently open your eyes ……………
And moving your arms and legs gently waking them up from there restful state ………….
Stretch your body and also remembering the things you learned about your crystal or stone …….
You will wake calm and relaxed …….. And ready to enjoy the rest of your day …….
Slowly open your eyes …………… write any insights down in your journal while they are still fresh in your mind Love and light
Because we become our thoughts, with mind power we can start to become the creative
architects of our own lives, regardless of circumstance.

it as taken me sometime to really believe this.

For those of you who have never tried meditation or hypnosis before, it’s just is just a matter of breathing the right way and concentrating on your breathing, getting yourself into a relaxed state of mind. I am sure you have done it before without even realising it. Ever been just sat there gazing off into space, and then before you know it 10 or 30 minutes have passed away. It is good for the mind to switch off periodically, Recharges our batteries.
