Healing the whole self not just the problem that you think it is
When we call the service engineer to look at the car or washing machine etc, we get
a rundown of mechanical faults. I know we are not robots or have mechanical parts,
but if we are not working efficiently then things start to go wrong with our bodies
We cannot just say we have a headache, breathing problems etc where have these problems
come from? What is really going on within our bodies?
How do we heal our entire self? How do we really feel inside? Some of us don’t have
the time to just sit down and think about our thoughts and feelings. To calm the
mind! And relax with just you and only you. What is our self image? What do we really
portray to our friends and family? Are we lying to ourselves? We have to believe
who we really are.
None of this phoney self image it is not our true self why do we hide behind these
The answer is because it is easier for us to do, then we do not have the deal with
the whole problem just cure the headache so to speak.
Listen to what your body is telling you; take some time out to get to know who you
really are, through meditation. you can start off with just a couple of minutes
every day self healing is about healing the brain and the only way we can do this
is through meditation or sitting quietly listening to what our body is really trying
to tell us, that is what meditation really is.
PREPARING TO MEDITATE
If this is the first time you have tried this, it is always better to start with
just a few minutes at a time and gradually increasing the meditation to around 30
minutes or so. It is very common to fall asleep during meditation and this is perfectly
natural! It occurs because we relax the mind as well as the body, freeing us from
all the stresses and worries of the day.
Simply enjoy this state of relaxation that the rest has given to you and try again
the next day. The more you practice - the easier it becomes to meditate
A great way of preparing yourself would be for you to have a relaxing bath to unwind
and calm your mind. Listening to soft music is also very beneficial before you sit
down to meditate. Relaxing your mind above your everyday cares and concerns, so
that your consciousness can raise to its higher level anything is good that relaxes
you. This may be reading a book, cooking something nice to eat, or taking a leisurely
walk through the park. Do whatever you feel most comfortable with.
Then, choose a quiet, comfortable place in your home, unplug the phone, switch off
the TV, and dim the lights. Light a few candles and incense sticks then this exercise
will be all the more beneficial as this creates the right atmosphere.

you who have done this before you can choose something of your own or a free meditation

what is right choose with your heart, which one was it that really intrigued you?

The simple thing is by believing in ourselves we all have the inbuilt ability to
heal ourselves or anyone else for that matter, all we have to do is learn to believe
that we can.
How many times have you kissed it better for a child, put your own hand over a
cut and the pain as lessened. Soothed a crying child, held someone close and really
felt there pain,
When we are ill if we lay in bed and feel the pain that we are feeling all the time
, it just gets worse but when we get up and try to forget about how much ache the
pains always subside.

the universe is full of energy fields all interacting with each other, we ourselves
are also made up of energy and have the ability to send these energy forces out to
others, in many ways we generate energy all the time in our thoughts and feelings
good or bad. Most people find this gift when they are very young. But a lot of us
don’t really believe we can do it ourselves, my answer is yes we can and we do it
all the time without even realising it.
How you touch is important, it helps to know a few things to begin with
READY FOR A HEALING
first is to get yourself ready, now is the time to visit your sacred place, the place
where you go to meditate in your mind, your inner SANCTUARY Imagine or sense you
are in your Special Place, your Sanctuary, and up above you there is a beautiful
ball of golden-white energy.
You may think of it as a powerful sun, a healing sun. When you have that sun in your
mind’s eye, sense or imagine you can feel the sun’s energy beaming down onto your
body. Imagine the healing energy is penetrating your skin, your muscles, your bones,
Do it slowly until you can “feel” or “imagine” every cell in your body vibrating
to the healing energy of the golden-white sun. Do not rush this. Take your time.
Ground yourself to the mother earth, and draw strength from her inner core feel the
energy rise up within you, these are the powers you are going to work with
Know that these two forces are working with you, gently push aside any doubts that
it will not work. I have experienced it first hand, and many of my clients have experienced
it too. Remember: whatever the mind can conceive, the mind can achieve.
