The list can go on and on we all have one, sometimes it feels well to complain get
it off our chest and then move on, “what to our next list of complaints” and the
process keeps repeating itself like a broken record.
The future is created by our thoughts; it is a projection of consciousness within
So in saying this, what we think of ourselves comes true.
Stop complaining or fighting and focus on the opposite of what you want in your life,
this can be achieved though belief. Knowing what you don’t want is simply your current
And current reality can change.
Now think about the things that you would like in your life! You can have anything
or do anything. What do you really want? Start focusing on where you want to go,
not on where you were or where you are.
Let’s try a few examples
I don’t want this headache becomes “I want a clear head.”
I don’t want this back ache becomes “I want a strong back.”
“I don’t want these bills” becomes “I want more than enough money for everything
“I don’t want to struggle in my business” becomes “I want business to come to me
easily and effortlessly.”
The trick is in turning every one of your complaints around to something you DO want.
Refocusing on what you do want will take you in the direction of what you want
We seem to create our lives out of our perceptions. If we focus on lack, we get more
lack. If we focus on riches, we get more riches. Our perception becomes a magnet
that pulls us in the direction of where we want to go.
If you don’t consciously select where you want to go, you go where your unconscious
wants you to go.
Beliefs are how we create reality.
I always believed that when the Indians did their rain dance, in the old movies I
used to watch as a child, that they were dancing and praying for rain! It has taken
me 40 years to realise I was wrong. (They are dancing in the rain, feeling the rain
on their skin, on their feet, seeing the drenched land from all the rain they have
just had and then giving thanks to the gods for sending it to them) they were using
their consciousness, again Beliefs are how we create reality.
What are your beliefs?
Look at your life. What you have, are, the direct results of your beliefs. Not happy?
In debt? Poor marriage? Not successful? Bad health? There are beliefs that are creating
those experiences for you.
How do you change the beliefs? It starts with selecting what you want for your life.
As soon as you select what you want to be, do, or have, you’ll discover beliefs in
the way they surface. Take some time to think about what you want, you can write
your thoughts down, or just memorise them, it’s up to you how you do this. When you
have done that choose one goal and write it down as though you already have it or
doing it, like you may have put on your list, I want a nice home, a new job and more
money in the bank. By the time 2011 comes around,
then becomes I have a nice home a lovely new job and more money in the bank.
Belief is a wonderful thing, use your imagination to achieve this, and remember you
already have these things, you have just planted you're first seed, now let it grow.
keep your image in your mind, and think about it every day, this will make your goal

Those are some of the beliefs I have found that most people including myself has.
( my list is reducing all the time) Sometimes we do not even realise that we have
this list of things stopping us from moving on in life!

It is not that easy, it’s like trying to tie your shoe laces again, once you have
mastered it then it becomes second nature, really feel that you have these things,
it gets easier everyday you have to have a dream and you are living this dream now!
Believe it because it is happening
Be happy you have a nice home, a good job and more money in the bank, feel the good
energy you are feeling, image all the good things you are doing right now, you have
to see yourself there see yourself in the future now. Realize you are blessed with
enormous abundance right now, feel grateful for it, and you will attract even more
Another energy you want to experience is the energy that comes from imagining what
it will feel like to have, be, or do the thing you want. Imagine how good it will
be to have what you want, to do what you dream. Feel the electrifying feelings that
